NOTES:
This video was a lot of fun to make. I had just seen the documentary "Buena Vista Social Club," and I wanted to make the video seem as if it could have been shot be Cuba, thus the 1950's car and the checker players. We filmed it in an alleyway in downtown Los Angeles. The Latin dancers were from a local group called "La Salsa Brava." Shortly after we finished it, the label dropped the band from its roster and the band reformed with new members, so the video was never officially released.
The band is still together and recently released a new album.
